Welcome to JetOptic LLC Jet Ski Rentals. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All Jet Ski rentals must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. 2.2. A deposit of $2,000 per Jet Ski is required before the rental begins. 2.3. A deposit of $100 is required for trailer rental. 2.4. Full payment must be made prior to the rental start time. 2.5. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 72 hours before the rental will receive a full refund. 3.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental will receive a 50% refund. 3.3. If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule. 3.4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 3.5. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for early returns. 3.6. Any rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged within 30 days of the original booking date.
4. Rental Requirements
4.1. Renters must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. 4.2. A valid boating safety certificate may be required depending on local regulations. 4.3. All participants must sign a liability waiver before rental. 4.4. Renters are responsible for ensuring all passengers comply with safety regulations.
5. Usage and Safety Rules
5.1. Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating the Jet Ski. 5.2. Jet Skis must be operated within designated rental areas and in accordance with local laws. 5.3. The renter assumes full responsibility for any damages, accidents, or injuries incurred during the rental period. 5.4. Alcohol and drug use while operating a Jet Ski are strictly prohibited. 5.5. Operators are fully responsible for any fines or fees incurred while in possession of the vehicle. 5.6. Failure to return the Jet Ski at the designated time will result in a $50 per hour late fee. 5.7. Repairs or modifications to Jet Skis or equipment by the renter are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized tampering may result in immediate rental termination, full forfeiture of deposits, and additional repair charges.
6. Additional Fees
6.1. Trailer Rental Fee: $50 per rental (if applicable). 6.2. Delivery & Pickup Fee: $150 (if applicable). 6.3. Cleaning Fee: $25 per Jet Ski. 6.4. Excessive Cleaning Fee: $150 per Jet Ski (if deep cleaning is required). 6.5. Fuel Surcharge: $50 per Jet Ski if returned without a full tank of gas. 6.6. Key Replacement Fee: $100 if the safety key is lost. 6.7. Recovery Fee: If a customer becomes stranded due to running out of gas, misuse of equipment, or unauthorized usage, a recovery fee will be charged based on the distance and time required for retrieval, with a minimum fee of $100.
7. Delivery Policy
7.1. Delivery & Pickup Availability: We offer delivery and pickup services for Jet Ski rentals at designated locations upon request. Availability of delivery is subject to scheduling and location restrictions. 7.2. Delivery Fee: A $150 delivery and pickup fee applies to rentals that require drop-off at a customer-specified location. 7.3. Delivery Locations: Jet Skis can be delivered to approved areas within our service range. Customers must confirm the drop-off location in advance. 7.4. Delivery Requirements: Customers must be present at the agreed-upon delivery time and location to sign all necessary paperwork and receive safety instructions. 7.5. Failure to Accept Delivery: If a customer fails to meet at the agreed delivery time and location, an additional $50 re-delivery fee may apply. 7.6. Pickup Policy: At the end of the rental period, Jet Skis must be returned to the original delivery location unless alternative arrangements have been approved. 7.7. Inspection at Delivery & Pickup: Jet Skis will be inspected before delivery and upon pickup. Any damages noted upon pickup will be the responsibility of the renter.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetOptic LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the rental. 8.2. JetOptic LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred due to the renter’s actions.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of JetOptic LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. 9.2. Unauthorized use of website content may result in legal action.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1. We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. 10.2. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination of Rental
11.1. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if safety rules are violated. 11.2. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to rule violations.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon.
