At JetOptic LLC Rentals, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services for your Jet Ski rental experience. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with transporting our equipment.
1. Delivery Availability
We offer delivery and pickup services to approved locations within our designated service area. All deliveries must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
2. Delivery Fee
A standard $150 delivery and pickup fee applies per rental. This may vary depending on distance or special access needs.
3. Delivery Requirements

The customer must provide a clear and accessible location for delivery.

The customer must be present at the agreed delivery time to sign paperwork and receive safety instructions.

If the customer is not present, a $50 re-delivery fee may apply.
4. Pickup Policy

If a customer becomes stranded due to running out of gas or misuse of the equipment, a recovery fee will be charged based on the location and time required for retrieval, with a minimum fee of $100.

Equipment must be ready and available for pickup at the agreed-upon location and time.

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing fuel may result in deductions from the deposit.
5. Self-Towing and Trailer Rentals

Trailers are only available if both Jet Skis are rented.

Trailer rental fee: $50

Trailer deposit: $100 (refundable upon return in good condition)
6. Prohibited Repairs or Modifications
Customers are strictly prohibited from performing any repairs, alterations, or modifications to the Jet Skis or trailer. Any such actions may result in loss of deposit and/or termination of the rental agreement.
7. Shipping of Merchandise
If applicable, merchandise orders (such as branded apparel or accessories) will be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Delivery & Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
